There are very few young people who look up at the stars as a child and dream of being a neurocoach, master practitioner of NLP or a uniquely skilled life coach.  It's takes some time living under those stars and learning the hard and wonderful lessons of life to make the choice to become a coach. 

So why would someone make this choice?  Why is there a need for yet another approach to coaching?  Because as good as many coaches are, and as proficient as many approaches can be, there isn't a single coaching methodology or protocol that exactly matches your preferences, strengths and weaknesses.
